Examples of the adaptive fitness equipment available for use in the gym:

  • The ZeroG System: the only one in Central Texas, the ZeroG System is a balance training technology that provides body weight support. It helps with a person’s posture, balance and ability to move about independently.
  • ERGYS: functional stimulation stationary bicycle
  • RT 3000 E-stim upper and lower body ergometer
  • Moto Med
  • Nu Step seated recumbent
  • WAVE vibratory plate
  • Sci fit upper and lower body ergometer
  • Stack and free weights
  • Glider standing frames


Seton Occupational and Physical therapists are available to provide therapy sessions to their patients utilizing the fitness center equipment. Each year, LSPF provides scholarships to fund physical & occupational therapy to SCI patients who cannot afford therapy, or their insurance runs out before they have recovered to the best of their ability. Contact us if you are interested in learning more about how to receive a scholarship.
